Known issues with MacOS with Intel Chips

Structured Clone Issue when signing in
Issue: User's experience 'Structured Cloned' Issue when signing in via Google sign in in extension.
Affected Computers/Phantom Version:
- Phantom version 1.2.7 and below
- Windows Premiere Pro 2023 and below
Solution:
- Update Premiere Pro Version past 2023 or Download and install Phantom Plugin version 1.2.8.
Phantom Plugin not opening in Premiere Pro
Issue: When users click on 'Phantom' in the extensions window in Premiere Pro, the plugin does not display or show.
Solution:
Use our ZXP installation guide to install the Phantom Plugin instead of using the one-click installers.
